No interest in helping! Still being harassed!

A month later- i am still receiving harassing phone calls (20 June Monday morning 08:08am - 5 calls within 1 minute) for which after i have received a statement i see that i am paying for! No wonder i was told by your consultants that i will not receiving them! I am being charged for something i have no control of - and there is no need for as i am NOT a default payer!<br> <br> I have asked for clarification 4 days ago on the statement that was sent through so that i can settle this account and i have yet to receive a response! I cannot understand how a business works like this?<br> <br> I am being charged daily for interest and would like to make settlement - but still no help???<br> <br> I am completely irate at the lack of service delivery by this company - by this model - how would Woolworths EVER retrieve this money??? Why do I have to beg and plead for information to pay off a debt that i am being harassed (unnecessarily) for?<br>
