No information given

<p>I keep receiving sms's that i should settle my account with Vodacom, that contract was cencelled over the phone and now there is no proof. I requested all neccesary documentation and till this date i didn't receive anything. I logged a complaint on Hellopeter for Vodacom also, they responded and asked my details to look into the matter and untill today, nothing. Now i keep receiving sms's, but no information. I will not pay, vodacom records their messages when we phone in, so they can go and search my phone call of the cancellation, because someone is receiving a salary, but do not do their job.</p>
