I would commend Jospeh Aphane of MBD (a second time) for taking the time to check on me and to check if his colleagues have assisted me after he escalated my case Two weeks ago. He was professional and competent. Unfortunately there is no one else like him. I am still waiting for assistance and we are approaching 6 weeks for a simple settlement quote that I could have paid 6 weeks ago.
