No Help what so ever
I got through sweet lady by the name of Katlego I understand she is just doing her job when she transfers me to the particular department they say the samething that the office hours are closed they open from 07:30am-07:30pm but its ****** 09:24am so what is the damn problem. I am only requesting for a settlement letter with the banking details included for my Foschini account so I can pay them and close the account. Why cant I get assisted.
