No Help, they make more debt for you!

I arrange a debt order to go off my account at the end of the month. I told them that I get paid on the last day of every month and that they should only deduct from my account on the 2nd or 3rd of the month. <br> On the 23rd of July I received a sms that said my account would be tracked. I called them and told them that the arrangement was for the 2nd or 3rd of the month and that the money would not be in my account. The lady them told me that she could not change it now and I had to call back after the end of the month. I told her that the debt order cannot go off my account as the funds would not be available. she said that she would let the finance department know. <br> On the 23 the one debit order went off and was returned. Then on the 27th the other debit order went off and was returned. On the 31st both debit orders went off again.<br> When I got my bank statement I saw a administration fee or R303.70 from ABSA, I went to my bank and asked them what it was for, they informed me that it was because my account went into the red when the two debit orders was returned. I sent them a mail to correct this and refund me the R303.70 that they have cost me and have had no response to this.
