No help from MBD

I called RCS to get a settlement letter for my JET account but they said my account was handed over to MBD RCS and i must contact them to let them know that my account has been charged off/change my account status. I call the *** that was given to me everyday but there is no answer. I called the main line *** only to be put on hold indefinitely!! Can someone assist me as this is holding me back. I am at my wits end
