No help from MBD

I still haven't heard from MBD, this is now the 3rd time on Hello Peter.

All i get is a copy and paste answer from them.... They will investigate, blah, blah, blah. All I want is a full & final settlement letter. Thet are quick to phone you when they want money, but so slow when i want a letter from them. I have also spoken to 4 different people requesting the letter, which should be issued in 5 days, but I am still waiting.
