NO HELP AT ALL!?!?

Unbelievably BAD service, recepetionist has put me through to custom care about 5 times and every time the line gets put down or the automated voice recorder requests that i leave name and number...yet no one ever calls back or follows up on those!? I've been waiting almost 3 weeks for prescription letter, WHY!?
