No feedback since I requested proof of outstanding amount...PART 2
On the 14 of May, I logged a complaint on HelloPeter and received the statement as requested, however, after scrutinizing the statement, I found that they are billing me for things that are unheard of, including, collection commision, sms, phone calls, etc. I responded to the mail on the same day and several days after, and NO RESPONSE ONCE AGAIN. I even sent my credit report and store statement, as they claim that I owe over R3000 in interest....PLEASE man, you suppose to be a law firm, what mickey mouse business is happening here. Please don't phone me, as I will be billed for it, please dont send me a sms, as I will be billed for it. RESPOND TO MY EMAILS ONLY
