No feedback on our standing arrangement

<p>I was emailed a letter last week demanding full payment of my outstanding amount at Edgars.</p> <p>Even after an arrangement has been in place for months to pay a monthly installment, you still had the audacity to threaten me with legal action.</p> <p>After my call to your offices a day later, I was promised a letter from yourselves confirming our standing arrangement as well as the "special" where I get discount if my account is settled in full.</p> <p>I am STILL waiting on that letter and it's obvious no-one attends to your email address for correspondence because no-one has come back to me.</p> <p>Your processes are grossly inadequate and fall short of reasonable and fair treatment of your customers.</p>
