No feedback, no action
Back in April, a lady from MBD attorneys called me and said I had an account with MTN that had been handed over to them, after informing her that I had no account with MTN, she requested that I fax her an affidavit detailing this to the fax number ********** 958. I sent the requested affidavit to the fax number with my ID copy and the ref number that she gave me. Yet 4 months later, the account still appears on my credit record, and I've been unable to get in touch with them for feedback on the matter.
