No feedback & harassment calls

MBD has been harassing me about my Direct Axis account for ages. I made an arrangement with a women called faith and have asked repeatedly that I be contacted via email as I need to document the communication but they refuse to respond to mails.

They spam call me every month even though my payments are up to date. They don't send updated account statements and have now given my number to a third party collections agency.
