No feedback

I keep on receiving emails from MBD - stating that I owe VODACOM money. No account number. I have emailed them numerously and whenever I try to phone no one can help me. I have contacted VODACOM and no one (Not even my business manager), can confirm that I owe VODACOM anything. I receive this email every month and I return it every month to ask what it is for, but no one ever comes back to me. I do not want to speak to someone in the call centre, I want to speak to a manager that can sort this out ASAP.
