Good Day,<br> <br> I have been receiving numerous messages from MBD for an account which belonged to an EX of mine! I have been trying to assist you in resolving this matter but no one comes back to me.<br> <br> You say that the account belongs to me simply because my banking details were listed by him. I have requested numerous times a copy of the contract and got told to send in a affadavit which i have done twice.<br> <br> I called on the 26th of October to follow up yet again and spoke to Ntsaki who is a manager who promised to come back to me by the 27th but yet still nothing has been done.<br> <br> I also have an account I paid off in July 2015 already which has not been updated on the credit bereu's and as per the NCA should be long ago.<br> <br> Should this matter not be resolved I will be reporting your organisation to the NCR and CFDC for Debt that i have no record of, harassment, failure to adhere to the NCA and Debt Collections Act!<br> <br> Regards,<br> Carryn.
