No Email Response From MBD
I have requested feedback from MBD on 17th of May 2023 regarding the reason for the balance adjustment they did on my Standard Bank statement. There are two balance adjustments made first one on 28/03/2023 of R408.74 and even after I queried it another one on 06/06/2023 of R99.37. I have requested numerous times to get feedback via email regarding the reason for the balance adjustment. MBD is well aware as per previous communication that my only way of correspondence is via email.
