No customer service
Hi.. I have been calling requesting paid up letter for my Identity account and no one is willing to assist me, when i call the customer care they always tell me i have to wait 7 days i have waited more than 30 days for them to assist me and whats annoying is that they keep on drooping my calls I mean what kind of call center is that? but by the time they wanted me to settle the account they would call me 1000 times a day and now I have settled the account whats so difficult for them to give me paid up letter?
