No customer service

This is the worse most prutrid company I have ever come across with customer service. Your staff has no manners from the agent to the team leader to the manager. <br> <br> For attorney's who put their names so proudly should feel ashamed. I called your call centre today & the phone just rings... dialled *** at 12:33 just rings... dialled again at 12:35 just rings. Then i dialled *** at 12:38... also just rings. Now im thinking maybe they all on lunch together.<br> <br> So what kind of business are you running when us as consumers who pays their accounts regulary cant even get into contact with anyone. But if payment is not made you get a call 4 /5 times a month.<br> <br> You better get your customer service into shape, even though you a collections/ legal company, we are still customers.
