No Credit clearance from pestering MBD

Serious bad news, if you are in the wrong, fair enough. I owed Standard Bank a little bit of money, going through retrenchment, not befitting from insurances that I paid for 11 years to protect my account, none the less, my account was handed over to MBD attorneys. I admitted guilt, paid my account in full in October 2019, with the hopes of retaining some credibility on my credit report. After numerous attempts to clear my credit score, which still shows a hefty overdue amount, I am now at the point to start complaining like a little ***** because of the incompetence of MBD attorneys. They are quick to pester you for money, which I understand, but when it comes to finalizing their part of the deal, the very thing they threaten you with, then no one gives a ****!
