No Cooperation From MBD Attorney

Good day, I had an outstanding amount to pay on my Capitec account which was handed over to MBD attorneys. I settled the full amount in September 2019 and also received a paid up letter. I did a credit check with Transunion on 11 December 2019 and picked up that the MBD Account is still picking up on my name. I called the Transunion call center and they asked me to contact you guys and have you send instructions to them to have this account closed. Please can you assist and have this removed asap as I need to apply for a bond? Navitha Baulraj
