No Communication

There is no communication in that company! They are phoning me up to 8 times every single day and 7 different consultants. I have to tell the same story over and over and make the same arrangements with different consultants. Today is Thursday and I have already received 21 phone calls from MBD since Monday. How ridiculous is this? And this is after I have made arrangements with a consultant on Friday and received an SMS confirming the arrangements I have made. I made a payment to my account yesterday but yet still receiving 4 phone calls today. I am sick and tired of this, this is harassment!!!
