Seems you are a firm that do not assist when someone have a problem.

You delay in updating information at the credit bureaus. Since March my TOTAL SPORTS account is paid in full. But at the credit bureaus the account still reflects R 7 935.00 to be paid and still open/active. That is not correct due to the fact that the account is no more ... the account is closed .. the account is null and void ... the account is closed with a R 0.00 balance.

The paid up letter that you did send me for my fully paid TOTAL SPORTS account is not worth the paper it is written on.

No indication of the amount paid. No indication that it was for TOTAL SPORTS.

If one do make contract with your firm it is long fairy tales and hmmmmm & aaaaaaaa. No one in fact knows what to do and beats around the bush.

Get clear information to the credit bureaus and update information in time and in the correct manner.

And stop blaming COVID 19 for .................. YOU KNOW WE SHORT STAFF DUE TO THE COVID. It is not my or any other clients problem.

No help or assistance if one sends a request from your website.

No help or assistance when one request action from your so called whatsapp message service. So if that is the case why have it or is it just to say it is available but sorry the buck stops there due to the fact that we can not help and ooooooooo no we are also not willing to assist.
