No assistance

I’ve been trying to get assistance with no luck that I even cried real tears. I’ve spoken to so many people that I’ve lost count. They all say I need to speak to Faith Khanyi but she doesn’t seem interested to help me. I’ve asked for a discount (asking for 25%) to settle my account since last week. I’ve sent her numerous emails and not even a single response. I spoke to Lauren, Nkosi, Kediboni and many more and they all can’t assist and they always tell me they’ll make sure that Faith calls or responds to my emails immediately but they never do. They all say only Faith ca assist, everyday I call and hold for over 30mins only to be told I must send Faith an emal which I do but I don’t get a response. Someone gave me her managers no. Tumi but when I call it. It goes straight to voicemail. Can somebody please assist
