No answer

This has now been over 4 months thats Ive been trying to get hold of an agent at your offices. The phone jsut gets dropped in your ear or you need to leave a message how pathetic. I need to sort out my account but cant get hold of anyone. I have phoned RCS several times leaving messages so that you guys can come back to me but no one ever comes back to me.

Money is quick to be taken but when you need to get hold of them there is just no response, apparently the call centre has high call volumes every single day for the past 4 months. Maybe this is because of ***********cy. You are caller number 1 and then you need to leave a voicemail. This boils my blood!
