No account in arrears but receiving calls multiple times daily

I get contacted incessantly everyday from MBD, as this is debt collectors I don't understand why I am being called as I don't have an account that has been handed over to you, the one time I actually spoke to someone to advise this, I asked that the systems be updated, clearly it has not, I am still receiving calls only now when I answer the call centre operator ends the call, then immediately after I receive an sms saying they have made attempts to call me but they end the call when I answer, how is this place run? how are the calls monitored? I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT IN ARREARS.

absolutely not!!! this matter will not be closed!!! your reply exactly supports my complain, I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH YOU THIS CANNOT PROVIDE ONE. SO WHY AM I BEING INCESSSANTLY CALLED BY YOUR COMPANY, THIS MATTER IS FAR FROM CLOSED.
