They employ call center agents with primary school education and the telephone etiquette of a donkey. My TV license account was handed over to these idiots and after making an arrangement to pay off the amount (via phone which means they have my cell phone number) they start send me "reminder" sms messages to my daughters cell phone. What a mission to try and explain to these *****s that they need to stick to the original number on which I made the arrangement with them (my cell phone number) and delete the incorrect one. What a bunch of losers. Luckily I'll never have to make use of their services and 1 more payment then I'll be rid of these ^$$##^&(().
