need interest amount and statement every 3 months

Good day , <br> <br> I logged a query with MBD and the statement was send my statement on the 03/08/2015 after I had fight with ur rude agents and team leaders<br> Capital-R1961.24<br> interest-R1693<br> fees-R603.71 WICH I don't understand<br> Legal fees-R0.00<br> Payments-R2500<br> balance-R19414.73<br> today I got a statement it says R19398.09<br> I called the call center i spoke to one of the rude consultant ever she didn't want to listen yet to understand my story. last month i spoke to a friendly agent i asked her about fees for R600 she said if I don't forfeit I want get charges for reminder calls and sms n emails, BUT AS per agent i spoke to still am charged for that <br> <br> <br> SO PLS I WANT TO KNOW MY INTEREST I HAVE TO PAY TO BE ON THE RITE TRACK ON MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE THE ARRANGEMENT I MADE FOR R500 DOES NT MAKE ANY DIFFERENT AND PLEASE DON'T CALL OR SMS OR EMAIL ME IF TH-ATS GOING TO COST ME MONEY TO PAY, I WILL CALL YOU FOR MY BALANCE BECAUSE I DONT ASK YOU TO CALL ME I DNT WANT TO BE CHARGED FOR BEING CALLED <br> <br> THANKS<br>
