Name Not removed from ITC after 3 Months!!!

So in Short. My Loan account was handed over to MBD Attorneys which was Fair my account was in arrears. I arranged a settlement over a period of three months, which I then paid as agreed with the last debit order going off on 30 Jan 2015. I even called MBD to confirm the account has been settled, which was then confirmed, I was then told a settlement letter will be sent which is yet to arrive. Then when I checked my credit report, surprise!!!. My account shows over 90 days over due and putting my credit score in the toilet. So I tried calling MBD to resolve the matter, instead I got a message stating \we are experiencing high call volumes
