My personal info send to wrong person

Hello MBD has been pestering the wrong person with calls and smses on behalf of myself. I gave them on a number of times my numbers still all my info is send to the wrong number , i have raised this with various MBD agents whom have **** and promised to remove me off their system. Saterday i spoke to Lukas who promised me same and on Monday all my details was send to the wrong person( all my details on the thank you for payment letter) all the e mail addresses is not working as wheel as numbers given.... I want to know who gave permission to give personal info out.
