My itc profile is affecting my employment opportunities

my Totalsports account was handed over to MBD and then i contacted them with regards to payment and i was told to pay R187 inorder to get a paid up letter and my itc will be cleared. i paid R190 on the 24th March 2015 on the account details i was given. Since then there has been no response or feedback from MBD, i tried to call more than 20 times but phone just rings. i even tried emailing but the people keep reffering me to other people. i emailed again on friday and this lady rep**** that they are going to investigate. what makes me angry is that i dont know whats there to investigate cant they just go to the system and check if a payment was made and just give me the letter and as promised clear my itc profile. please dont reply saying you will investugate!
