My balance does not decrease
I have really had it with MBD. I started paying off my debt from mid 2017 with instalments of R350. My debt was a little over R1900 and I must tell you that to date my debt is still sitting on R1900. I do not understand how someone can keep paying yet the balance does not decrease. To make it worse I am paying debt that prescribed in 2016 and because I am desperate to clear my name I did the honourable thing and paid my debt. I have settled 3 of my accounts that I started paying the same time as the MBD account yet I am still liable to pay almost R2000. Please explain to me why my balance does not decrease. MBD takes nobody seriously as I have sent a few complaints to them via email and I have not received any response to date. This is by far the worst service I have ever received from anyone, not to mention their rude and unprofessional consultants.

18 Jun 2018, 11:58All you did was send me my statement as opposed to giving me answers to the questions I have. I asked that you calculate how much I have paid on this account. Subtract that amount from my opening balance and tell me how much I owe and how you came to that amount.
