OH my word!!!!! MBD, how difficult is it to assist a client to settle an amount.

I have been trying to get hold of Munnik Basson Dagama Incorporated since 14H00 today. Phone call after phone call. The switch board *** puts you through to the call centre and the voice mail tells you that Munnik Basson Dagama Incorporated is closed and then the call drops.

What do I need to do get get through to your company Munnik Basson Dagama Incorporated or do i need to report your service to FNB. Hopefully then you will pull up your socks and do your job
