In January i received an outstanding balance on the account i am paying off and today when i called in to check the latest outstanding balance and to my surprise the balance is still the same , the agent i spoke too did not have any knowledge on my profile referring me to a different department which the number seem to be inactive . I and really concerned about how my account is handled as it seems no recon is done to insure accurate transactions are updated .
