MUNNIK BASSON DAGAMA INC ATTORNEYS

MUNNIK BASSON DAGAMA INC ATTORNEYS are a company that buys debt from banks and other companies. They have been harassing me now for more than 20 years, claiming they bought a debt from Standard bank that is in my name. Although Ive been telling them that I did not owe Standard bank any money after a dispute we had with the bank regarding my credit card. They just dont want to listen nor accept a letter from my attorney that the fault was on Standard bank's side and that the matter was resolve in 2003 already. Despite this fact - their consultants are very rude en aggressive and do not want to assist clients and listen to their side. I contacted them to talk about this ongoing harassment of emails, letters, smse etc and was talking to a male consulted who was really very rude and aggresive and eventually hanged the phone up in my ear. Is this how a company should treat clients? Please be aware that they *******ly report you to the credit Buro and are not interested in any reason whatsoever. They are very unprofessional and rude.
