Disgusted with their service. Their consultants are extremely rude on the phone. They say "speak to my manager". Portia has a disgusting attitude. Not helpful at all. I requested a breakdown of monies owed because I want to see the interest I am being charged and I was told she cannot give me a breakdown of my account. What are you trying to hide???? Are you overcharging on fees and interest? I would like my statement asap.
