Munnick Basson Dagama Inc have not updated my ITC for a paid up account

This Company does not even deserve 1 star, I am very unhappy with the service I am receiving from Munnick Basson Dagama Inc. Capfin has sold one account of mine to both Consumer Friend an Mbd, the first company to contact me was Consumer friend an I settled with account with a settlement discount offer. Consumer friend removed this from ITC. Thereafter when asked by Mbd I informed them that this account was paid an submitted the paid up letter for this to them, however Mbd has still not removed this account from ITC yet a paid up letter was issued.

Im so tired of this, I have worked.so hard to clear my debt an a little urgency in this matter would be highly recommended. I feel this is not treated the way it should be an would like to report it.

Hopefully this complaint will help them action this matter faster an I am very displeased with this.
