I HAVE PAID UP AN ACCOUNT WITH MBD FOR MTN I PHONED AND REQUESTED A SETTLEMENT LETTER FOR THIS ACCOUNT. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THIS LETTER. IF YOU PHONE IN THEY DON'T ANSWER THERE PHONES OR YOU GET SEND FROM PILLAR TO POST. SUPERVISORS NOT AVAILABLE BUT THEY CAN HARASS YOU EVERYDAY
