MTN account that I know nothing about.

I've been getting harassed by this MBD company claiming that i owe MTN R900 on an account that I know nothing about. I called & was told to call MTN about this account. When I called MTN they knew nothing about an account that i owe & did not even know the reference number i was given to settle this account with MTN. When I called this company the second time, they told me that MTN handed me over to them & wanted to give me some standard bank account number to deposit the money into. They were actually telling me that it's better to pay with a debit order than cash. Anyway at some point this lady could not answer my questions & was telling me that she'll query with her superiors i guess then she will let me know. However she hung up before finalising anything or even telling me what I needed to do. When I called for the 3rd time & gave them my reference number, the lady called me 'TINA' & that is not my name. When I asked her about that reference number & who's name it was under, she said "Mam it looks like my computer has problems, can i have a look at it & call you back?!" Firstly, she did not know who she was talking to & she did not even ask for my number so who is she gonna call if she has "TINA" under a reference number that is supposed to be mine?!

Please help stop these ********** from harassing me. They gave me tis reference number : ********** ********** 42
