Mr Price Account

Everyday I get a phone call from MBD Attorneys about my Mr Price Account. Everytime I ask for a letter of my settlement figure as our accounts are being paid off by our attorneys. They have no clue what I need and I have now spoken to 3 consultants on *** and I am still waiting for my letter and they still continue to phone for payment but have not send the correspondence. Everytime they phone and I explain my story for the 100th time, they still dont bother to send anything and the next day another person calls. Absolutely pathetic service. All I want is a letter with the amount owing - is that too hard to ask for!!!!!!!!
