Most Pathetic service delivery
A year after an account has been paid I still haven't received a paid-up letter. 1 week after payment was made i phoned and was informed that a letter will be sent. in the last 2 weeks i spoke to 6 consultants, is send n 3 mails to the info@ email address and still no response. I've send my POP again to and email address that comes back.
will someone in this SUPER unhelpful company please contact me via email with my paid-up letter ***
your poor service is still affecting my credit score. i cant see how a company with such poor service delivery is still in business and that with a complaints officer who clearly has to many complaints to handle
