AGENTS HANG UP THE PHONE IN CUSTOMERS EARS!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!
I HAVE BEEN WAITNG FOR A MERE STATEMENT FOR OVER TWO WEEKS BUT NOBODY BOTHERS!!!!
I WILL DEFINATELY BE REPORTING THIS TO OMBUDS!
