Monthly harassment

These guys are harassing me, I've never missed a payment but they always send me reminders, yet I have requested to be contacted only if I miss a payment (which I won't). But their call center calls every month saying they cannot see because they are still updating their system. I have requested a statement till today, I have not received it.
