MONEY MAKING RACKET

<p>I have an existing arrangement that I have honoured for the past 3 months yet MBD insist on sending me sms' every month that they charge me for and then they also phone me which I am also charged for. </p> <p>Surely there are better ways of earning your fees and perhaps your staff should be trained to place clients that default on the reminder system.</p> <p>This is unacceptable becasue you charge me for these sms' and calls every month and yet I pay regularly. This is **** style!!</p>
