Mistaken identity

I have had a previous encounter with these attorneys where i was told that i owe money for a Standard Bank account. I went to the bank - no such account.<br> Now i have an ABSA ACCOUNT that i have told them i did not have a loan and to send me the proof that i have opened and used the loan account.<br> I have to date not received anything and do still receive threatening sms'es. This have been going on for quite some time now.<br> I am not happy as i have bee told that there is a judgement involved!<br> Bad bad service and this needs to stop now!
