Missing Paid Up Letter - 4 years later!

In January 2016, I went on Debt Review and one of the accounts that were restructured was my old Virgin Active contract. This account was paid in full in April/May 2016 but I never got a paid up letter from MBD Capital Data.

I have been incessantly calling the useless MBD call centre and no one picks up the phone or I get transferred from one consultant to another.
