Misleading and Very Rude

<p>About 2 to 3 years ago I was contacted by MBD to make payments to my Identity account, the agent told me if I make payment arrangements I will get a discount on the total amount due, so I asked if I can pay monthly, He said yes. about a year and a half ago I received a call from MBD again wanting me to pay the discount. I explained this to the agent and they stopped calling, now the calls start again.</p> <p> </p> <p>The last agent that I spoke to has been extremely RUDE!!! I am aware that I am paying for all MBD’s fees. I am willing to pay what I have to for the Identity account and that’s all, I will not pay MBD fees as the level of service I received from the agent was Awful.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have no problem paying the account, but not the MBD fees</p> <p> </p> <p>Also can someone from head office fix this as I do not want to speak to the DISRESPECTFUL agents of MBD</p> <p> </p> <p>Account Number: ********** ********** 85</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p> <p> </p> <p>Avikash Signarian</p>
