miscalculated interest

Hi,i had an account with capitec bank in 2012 and was handed over to mbd attorneys in May 2013,i started paying r500 monthly through debit order in June 2013 to date.<br> No payments are reflecting on my itc profile and the amount i owe does not decrease despite the monthly payments im making.<br> I was charged 100% interest excluding \fees". Everytime i contact them i get a different settlement amount which is also different from the one from capitec bank.<br> Please help because i need to close this account as it is making it difficult for me to get finance from any bank because it is like an abondened account and give a negative reflection on my itc profile."""
