Paid off my RCS account through them, they even sent a “paid-up letter” through in may, suddenly I am receiving calls from different collectors saying I am still owing RCS, I called RCS and they claim I still owe them too; clearly they didn’t notify RCS and I am receiving endless calls.
I have called them and no one is offering a solution.
