MDB should be reported to the Legal Practice Council.
I had a VODACOM contract which ended and I gave notice to cancel when it ended. I even went into a VODACOM store to ask what the final balance was and paid it. now I have MDB calling me every day saying I owe R265.00. I asked for their email address to send proof of cancellation and proof of final payment to and they gave me an email address *** which bounces mail.
