MDB - SABC Account

I signed a debit order with SABC for License fees last year and the amount of R 51.93 was deducted from my bank account every month until October 2014 when the amount changed to R 28.00 per month until the end of September 2015 when the balance will be nil and the new invoice for 2015/16 will be issued by SABC and the debit order of R 28.00 will then continue to be deducted decreasing the amount of the invoice until its nil again. I get threats and demands on a regular basis from MBD Credit Solutions (Pty) Ltd, they don't seem to understand how the debit order system work and the SABC is impossible to contact. I tried to explain how the debit order work to Khayelihle Mfuphi, but this person keep on telling me the outstanding amount is due now.
