MDB Reactivates prescribed debts and claim to have received payments.

MBD is reactivating prescribed debt in contravention of Section 126B of the National Credit Act 34 of 2005. MBD is reactivating prescribed debt, by falsely claiming that they received a payment from me and updating the credit bureau.

I raised a matter that the debt had prescribed, they claimed that I made a payment which I disputed and requested that they must send me a proof of payment or statement showing my payment. Now they have reactivated the debt and they claim that a payment was made in March 2024.
